I created this platform from a lifetime of seeing beyond the surface.
For as long as I can remember, I have been aware of the energy within me, the atmosphere around me, and the deeper energy beneath what people say and do. I have always known that life holds far more than what can be immediately seen, named, or explained.
That awareness became the beginning of my path.
My journey did not begin when I entered the world. It began before I entered the womb, when I existed as an infinite being of knowing, a divine spark within the universe.
My divine spark desired to be felt, expressed, and experienced, so I chose to grace this time and space with my essence.
From childhood, I was deeply connected to my inner vibration, my thoughts, my surroundings, and my capacity to do and become more. I remember being 6 months old and all that was happening around me.
My first language was vision.
I could imagine entire worlds and bring them into physical form through drawing, painting, sculpting, movement, design, creativity, word, energy and intention. I could see what did not yet exist and understood that it was possible to create it, so I did.
As a young girl sitting in class, I frequently envisioned the life I was called to live. I saw myself on television. I saw myself becoming a fashion designer, an artist, a performer, and a creator with many expressions.
Those visions were not passing fantasies.
They became part of the life I called forward.
Much of what I envisioned as a child has already come into form, and the rest continues to unfold.
Yet even more, I realized that my sight extended far beyond creativity. From a child, I could feel energies, sense what was approaching, recognize patterns, and know certain things before they were spoken or explained. I could see what I thought become immediately manifested.
I knew that silence could reveal what words often concealed. I would remain quiet so I could absorb more, feel the energy of a room, study the people within it, and understand what existed beneath the surface.
I was a student of human behavior, relationships, identity, consciousness, symbolism, energy, and the mysteries of existence.
I wanted to understand why people behaved as they did, even though majority of the time I instinctively knew.
As an Omnist, I have always been drawn to the wisdom held within many religions, cultures, philosophies, and spiritual traditions.
My upbringing gave me an awareness of Indigenous, African and Ancient power, culture, identity, sacred and spiritual inheritance. It was my foundation. As I continued my education, my curiosity expanded into Eastern and South Asian cultures, religions, philosophies, and sacred practices.
While earning my degree in Economics, I also studied Buddhism, Daoism, Ayurveda, and Bharatanatyam, the classical dance tradition of South India.
My life has always moved between worlds.
Economics and energy.
Movement and manifestation.
Intellect and intuition.
Spirit and structure.
During college, I read the Bible from beginning to end twice. I read one chapter each day and completed the text over approximately ten months each time.
I did not approach sacred texts casually.
I wanted to understand their language, stories, symbolism, structure, and influence. I wanted to know what they revealed about humanity, consciousness, morality, power, transformation, and the divine.
My studies continued to expand into astrology, numerology, metaphysics, herbalism, psychology, human biology, mysticism, the occult, spiritual philosophy, consciousness, and the visible and unseen forces that shape human life.
I have been able to masterfully integrate multiple worlds.
I do not separate my spiritual life from my physical life, my darkness from my light, my refinement from my rawness, my intellect from my intuition, my creativity from my knowing, or my sensuality and sexuality from my sacredness.
I understand myself as whole. Fulfilled. Harmonious. Balanced. Complete.
I do not divide myself into acceptable and unacceptable parts for the sake of “society.” I embrace the full spectrum of who I am; the illuminated, the sensual, the instinctive, the bold, the authentic, the emotional, the intellectual, the spiritual, and what is often called the shadow.
I understand sexuality and sensuality as sacred dimensions of my being. I gladly revel in both, knowing they are woven into my spiritual makeup, creative power, life force, and capacity for deep embodiment.
I also honor the full range of my emotions and feelings.
I allow myself to experience anger, desire, pleasure, disappointment, intensity, joy, and every emotion that moves through me. I do not regard my emotions as disruptions to my spirituality nor do I shun them. I understand them as carriers of information, truth, movement, boundaries, deeper awareness and greater ascendancy and mastery.
I do not suppress what is present in order to appear agreeable, composed, or spiritually elevated.
Higher consciousness to me, is cultivated through full presence, by knowing every dimension of oneself, listening closely to what arises, and moving that energy with intention.
Astrology and numerology became another language through which I understood myself.
As a Sagittarius, I am naturally drawn toward exploration, truth, adventure, philosophy, expansion, and higher understanding.
I am also a 7. Seven is associated with sacred knowledge, inner depth, spiritual inquiry, contemplation, and the pursuit of truth.
I am my father’s thirteenth child.
Thirteen is the number connected to transformation, the Divine Feminine, creation, death, rebirth, and sacred cycles.
I am my mother’s second child.
Two: Duality. The harmony. Intuitive. Emotionally Intelligent.
I am the anchor.
I am the balance.
These placements affirmed something I had already known within myself.
I am chosen.
I am anointed.
I am here with purpose.
I have frequently been ahead of my time, whether through the way I dressed, the designs I created, the ideas I carried, or the worlds I could already see before others were prepared to recognize them.
For much of my life, I have been known primarily as a fashion designer.
Yet I always knew fashion was only one expression of what lived within me.
I am more than a designer.
I am the consciousness behind the creation. The seer, the mystic, the doer, the believer.
I am the knower.
My knowing may arrive through sight, sound, direct understanding, emotion, bodily sensation, touch, scent, or taste.
These gifts do not always speak separately.
They often move together, creating a layered language of perception.
Over time, I have learned how to observe these experiences, refine my discernment, and understand the distinct ways information may present itself to me.
As I have deepened my studies and my relationship with myself, these gifts have become more heightened, more integrated, and more precise.
For many years, I kept much of what I knew to myself and some of my close circle.
I was cultivating a private archive of sacred knowledge.
Allowing wisdom to mature within me before revealing it.
One of my father’s sayings has always guides me:
“Before you shoot off at the mouth, make sure your brain is loaded.”
I took those words seriously.
I loaded my brain with knowledge.
I strengthened my perception through experience.
I refined my discernment through observation.
I allowed intuition to meet intellect and direct knowing to meet research.
The Asé Frequency was born from that convergence.
The Asé Frequency is the world I created to hold everything I have gathered, studied, experienced, sensed, understood, and brought into form.
It is an evolving platform for authentic higher knowing, elevated consciousness, timeless wisdom, spiritual intelligence, original thought, and deeper exploration.
It brings together multiple spiritual systems, cultural philosophies, bodies of knowledge, and schools of thought beneath one expansive umbrella. But most of all it brings Asé.
I’ve created original teachings, conversations, experiences, programming, and offerings that carry the distinct signature of The Asé Frequency.
It is where ancient knowledge meets contemporary thought, spirituality meets psychology, the body meets consciousness, symbolism meets human experience.
Where creativity meets sacred intelligence.
Where sexuality and sensuality exist as sacred expressions.
Where the visible enter conversation with the unseen.
My intention is more expansive than sharing information.
It is to awaken recognition. Remembrance. Knowing.
To help people know, perceive and remember what has been present all along.
I believe higher knowing is more than the accumulation of facts.
It is perception, discernment, integration.
It is embodiment.
The Asé Frequency is the culmination of a lifetime of preparation.
It is the vessel through which I now share what I once held privately.
It is where I bring my wisdom, vision, energy, creativity, study, and knowing into service.
